The day was warm; and it was a few hours after school. With a handmade bag on one side of her, filled with books; Kizzy made her way up salem hill. She loved being alone; well most of the time, there were times though she wish she had a few more friends than she did, real friends instead of her books. Finally making it too the top, she kicked off her sandles and pranced around for a minute before ploping down underneath a tree letting her skirt flow up and fall like a blanket.

Ains was wandering around the Hill, just taking in the view. It had been a while since she had just walked around. She had been kept up either in school work or phone calls from her mother. Her mother was clinging to her like wet clothes recently, perhaps the old man was getting ready to pass on. Ainsley started to wonder if her little brother was receiving the same, frantic, lonely calls as she was. Ains shook her head, what dark thoughts. Just as she was about to sit down, her pocket started to vibrate. She sighed, quite angrily, collapsing on the ground, digging in her pocket, pulling out her cell phone. The screen read 'Anne', her mother's name. In a fit of unexplained furry, she threw the darn phone over her shoulder, then laid back down on the grass. She didn't even entertain the idea of having someone behind her.
Thankfully, when she searched for the object that would've been in the cell phone's path she saw a tree. She let out a heave of air and made her way to the top to retrieve the darn thing. However, when she finally reached the top, she saw a girl at the bottom of the tree, with what looked like a bag filled with books. Ainsley casted the girl a small smile before picking up her shattered phone. "Well, this sucks." She murmured, laughing to herself. This would be the third cell phone in two months. 'Well, it was getting old anyway.' She thought to herself as she looked at the mess of wires, buttons and plastic in her hands.

Looking up from her book, she smiled sweetly, "Your cellphone died?" Getting to her feet, leaving the book on the ground, she walked over to the girl. Murmuring a few words over her voice and she slowly placed her hand over the cell. it almost put it self together, "I can't promise it'll work but at least its fixed". She smiled holding out her hand, "My name is Kizzy"

Ainsley's eyes grew wide as the girl asked if her cell phone died. "Well, uh, I guess you could say that." She laughed as the girl tried to put it back together. "No worries, I'll just get a new one when I go home again, or take my brother's." She laughed, pocketing the broken phone. Maybe if she had thrown it without pushing it a bit, using magic, the phone would've worked after the girl murmured the spell. But alas, not all things can be fixed with magic. She scratched the back of her head with one hand as her other grasped Kizzy's hand. "Pleasure to meet you, I'm Ainsley." She said, a smile placed over her small lips. She let go of the girl's hand going over to the place the girl had been sitting in a moment ago. "I take it you like books?" She said, eying the book she had put down. Ains wouldn't touch it she'd just look.

Nodding and following the girl. "Yeah. Their like my escape from my life ya know?" She smiled, thinking about the girls name, "I like your name. Its pretty." She giggled, sitting back down near her books. "The one I'm reading now is about a princess" Looking back up at the girl, "ya care to sit & join me?"

Ainsley smiled as Kizzy complemented her name. "Aws, thank you, Kizzy. Kizzy that's a pretty rare name. Is it short for something?" Ains inquired, regarding the girl with a curious gaze. Ains had always been one for digging up information, being nosy. Most people consider her to be rude, but she means no harm. She's just naturally curious. Though some might say, 'curiosity killed the cat', but that never applied to Ainsley. She always found her way out of trouble. She laughed as the girl sat back down, asking if she' like to join. She slid down the tree, crossing her legs Indian-style. She looked over at Kizzy, a smile spread on her face. "A princess, awesomeness." She murmured, nodding to the book.

She smiled and shook her head, "Nope. Just Kizzy. Birthmom was romanian gypsy & dad was a british so thats how I got the last name Foxx." She giggled, her name was original and she liked it. "Yup its about a princess that has to hide out because her step mother wants to send her away. So she makes her way as a peasent boy until she can find a way to regain her thrown.

Ains nodded as Kizzy explained how she got her name. "Foxx, that's not a bad name either. My last name's Armani." She mumbled her last name as if it was a curse. She had never been fond of the name. Seeing as loads of muggles use a cologne by another Armani, most muggles ask her about it when she tells them her name. Though in the magical world, the name is practically unknown, she's better safe then sorry, only ever introducing herself as Ainsley. "Sounds almost like that muggle story, Ella something or other..." Her voice drifting off. She was never very good with books. The only books she ever read were the books given to her by the school. "But, none the less, why doesn't the princess just kill the step mother, there for eliminating all competition?" She asked, tilting her head to the side as she looked at the book being discussed.

Kizzy just giggled, "well that would be possible but than there would be no story". Kizzy smiled, looking at Ainsley, "Armani? Wow. I think it's pretty."
